Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Customized items may take an extra 3-4 days for processing. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible. 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 4 working days. The driver carrying your package should contact you within 1-2 days after the order has been placed. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost is 5$ all over Lebanon. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase. 

Shipping delays: 

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
